We were born and raised in Mexico, where food has always been at the center of our family. From Sunday dinners to special celebrations, cooking brought us together and even after moving away from home, that tradition stayed with us.
Recreating our favourite dishes without easy access to authentic ingredients pushed us to get creative and stay true to the flavours we grew up with.
El Milagro started as a simple dream: sharing real, flavourful Mexican food with our community. What began with one humble food truck has grown into a project built on love, family, and tradition.
